Shafiqur Rahman, Senior District and Sessions Judge, Bogra presented ar Chief Guest of the Ceremony. Mr. Md. Sawkat Ali, Joint District Judge presented as Special Guest. AKM Zakaria PhD, Director (Training), RDA, Bogra presided this ceremony. Mr. Abdullah Al Mamun, Course Director & Director (Agriculture) and faculty members of RDA were also presented during the ceremony.
