26^th Annual Planning Conference (APC) for FY 2016-17 of Rural Development Academy (RDA), Bogra was held on 24 July 2016 at IT Centre of the Academy.

In the inaugural Session Mr. A.N. Samsuddin Azad Chowdhury, Member Planning Commission, Govt. of Bangladesh was presented as Chief Guest; Dr. Mahammad Solaiman, Formar Director General of RDA and Prof. Dr. Lutfor Rahman Khan, Ex-Vice Chancellor, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) Chaired as Special Guest on this occasion. Mr. M A Matin, Director General (In-Charge), RDA, Bogra was the chairperson of this session.

In this two days long conference, action plans for Training, Research & Action Research for the FY 2016-17 were formulated.  A number of distinguished scholars, representative from different Government, autonomous, non Government, National and International   Organizations attained this conference.  Dr. AKM Zakaria, Director (Training) extended vote of thanks.

Mr. Habibur Rahman, Director, RDA, Joint Director, RDA organized the conference as Convener along with the co-conveners Ms. Sarawat Rashid, Deputy Director, Mr. Md. Mohiuddin, Deputy Director and Mr. Tanbirul Islam, Assistant Director.
