আরডিএ, বগুড়া’র মূল দায়িত্বাবলীর মধ্যে এডভাইজারি সার্ভিসেস বা পরামর্শ সেবা প্রদান অন্যতম। আরডিএ এডভাইজারি সার্ভিসেস এর আওতায় সরকারসহ দেশের বিভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠানের গঠনকাঠামো প্রণয়ন, বাস্তবায়ন, পল্লী উন্নয়ন নীতি ও কর্মসূচির মূল্যায়ণ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় দিক নির্দেশনা ও পরামর্শ দেয়া ।
